The service from cycle plus was prompt and the questions I had about the pump were answered clearly from their personal experience. The pump itself works as you think it should work from the description. The operation is impressively clear and precise. I use this on 29x2.4 mtb tyres and it pumps them up to my desired psi with ease. It is very handy for pressure top ups when on mtbbike road trips in nz or overseas trips. I'm not a fan of anything battery powered on my bike, but I do find this pump very handy for my travels.
