Returns

At Cycle Plus, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the following guidelines to help us process your return efficiently:

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Products Eligible for Return: Most items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

    • The item is unused and in its original condition.
    • The original packaging is intact.
    • Tags are still attached.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Chamois pants
    • Bikes
    • Nutrition items
    • Sale, Clearance or End of Line items
    • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons (e.g., certain clothing or personal items)

  3. Additional Restrictions:

    • We will not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been used or had tags removed.
    • Returns due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
    • Cycle Plus does not accept returns for items with normal wear and tear.

  4. Faulty Items: If an item is faulty, we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact our customer service team to resolve the issue.

Process for Returns

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any items, please contact our customer service team via email at info@cycleplus.co.nz or call us at 06 353 3373 to initiate the return process.

  2. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Shipping the Item: Returns must be shipped to:

  4. Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Cycle Plus does not refund shipping fees.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping Rates: Please note that any shipping fees paid during the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Management Discretion

  • All returns are subject to the discretion of Cycle Plus management.
  • Items that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
