We accept returns on most products (except chamois pants, bikes, nutrition items, clearance or end of line items, and other items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons).
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the products are unused, in their original condition, with packaging intact, and tags still attached.
Please note that returns are subject to management discretion.

Restrap luggage straps are a strong, secure and versatile way to attach luggage to your bike-rack. Say goodbye to flimsy bungee cords – our straps are made from thick elastic webbing that’s specially manufactured for us in the UK.
Simply attach the straps to your rack with our super-strong rubber o-rings and magnetic buckle. With a break strength of 50kg and a ladderlock system for length adjustment, our luggage straps guarantee flexibility for larger or more awkwardly shaped items whilst being exceptionally secure.
